Based at our Long Crendon site, our
laboratory facility not only tests and validates our
standard packaging solutions, cool-chain systems which
have been continuously developed since the company started,
but will also carry out client specific tests should
they be required. In this way, our clients can feel
fully reassured that the packaging solutions supplied
by Softbox Systems Ltd., whether standard or customised,
fully meet their expectations and needs.

Under the control of our dedicated
Testing & Validation Manager, all of the testing
within our laboratory facility is carried out utilising
the latest, fully calibrated, equipment (Thermometry,
Data Loggers and Environmental Cabinets) and the laboratory
operates within the company’s ISO9001 Quality
Management System.
With the capability to run constant
temperature programs or “real-world” delivery
chain temperature cycles, of up to 72 hours and beyond
if necessary, our facility can provide all of the necessary
documentary evidence to demonstrate that client’s
products will arrive, at their world-wide destinations,
as intended.
Our laboratory facility supplies test
and validation services to some of the world’s
leading companies in the Life Science and Food industry
sectors, so whether you require a simple validation,
to ensure that your product remains in a chilled (2º-8ºC)
environment, using one of our “wet ice”
systems, or in a deep frozen state (-20ºC Min.),
using a “dry ice” configuration, we can
meet and probably exceed your requirements.

you with the perfect packaging solution for your needs. |
