Frozen Food Systems

Softbox Frozen Food systems have been developed to provide a mail order packaging system for the shipment of frozen foods that need to be maintained below -18°C for a minimum period of 24 hours.

Our Standard Range system, PBF20, consists of a thick walled extra insulation EPS box and outer carton.

Our innovative space saving Poly Flat Pack systems (PFP47 and PFP57) consist of a common lid and base and four side wall panels that slot together to form the box which is then band strapped or taped.

Both systems use specially sized Dry Ice Cassettes to safely hold the correct amount of Dry Ice Pellets needed for each shipper.

Through Softbox Systems partnership with Air Liquide our customers can source their Dry Ice at preferential rates and arrange delivery on a day convenient to them. Dry Ice is delivered by Air Liquide in specially designed insulated bins to keep sublimation rates to an absolute minimum.
